Kate teaches classes that are designed to help you become more mindful and aware on and off the mat, building strength & flexibility in the body and the mind. Classes are accessible for all ages, and include meditation, postures, breathwork and relaxation, leaving you feeling peaceful, spacious and present.
Kate is also a clinical massage therapist, so you will find her understanding of anatomy, injury and pain conditions are also woven in to her yoga classes.

A nourishing weekly yoga class with Jackie Dyson. These sessions include:

Deep relaxation to encourage healing on every level
Jackie brings a thoughtful and inclusive approach to teaching, weaving in insights from yoga philosophy—especially the Yoga SΕ«tra—to support you both on and off the mat. Each class offers a gentle invitation to explore these timeless teachings through embodied practice.

Classes run in 4–6 week terms, but you’re very welcome to drop in if you prefer. Sessions are friendly, welcoming, and suitable for all levels.
